Mr. Harold D. Braford Wall Lake, Delton, Mich. Age 66, passed away Thursday at Borgess Hospital after a lingering illness. Mr. Braford was born February 9, 1910 in Sand Lake, Michigan, son of Bert and Pearl Bessey Braford. He had lived since 1949 near Delton and was formerly of Sand Lake. He owned and operated the Delton Hardware from 1949 until 1964. He was a former director of the Delton State Bank and he was a member of the Hickory Corners Masonic Lodge, No. 345 F & AM. He was married to Helen Abbott, September 3, 1939, who survives. Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. James (Susan) MacGregor of Diamondale, Mich., Miss Lois Braford of Denver, Colo.; one son, Brent of Olivet; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Pauline) Jones of Lakeworth, Fla., Mrs. William (Betty) Howard of Portland, Mich.; one brother, Edmund Braford of Grand Rapids. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where services will be held Monda!
y at 11 a.m. with Rev. Elmer Faust officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 this evening and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 on Sunday. Private interment services Tuesday at Pentwater, Michigan.
