Mr. Gerald L. SHEPARD - 10100 S. Norris Rd., Rte. 1, Delton, age 63, passed away suddenly Tuesday May 3, 1977. Mr. SHEPARD was born August 8, 1913, in Orangeville Township, son of Frank and Lulu WILKINS SHEPARD and lived all of his lifetime in the Prairieville area. He was a builder and contractor for many years and was part owner of the Delton Hardware from 1962 until his retirement in 1972. He was a member of the Hickory Corners Masonic Lodge No. 345 F & AM. Was married to Helen BROWN, May 30, 1935, in Allegan, who survives. Also suriviving are one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Linda) MC ILROY of Los Gatos, Calif.; one son, Steven of Delton; 5 grandchildren. Freinds are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m., Rev. Harold Hoppe offiicating, assisted by Hickory Corners Masonic Lodge. Interment in Prairieville Cemetery. memorial contributions may be made to he Michigan Nephrology Center at Borgess Hospital or a cha!
