Frances D. ELWELL - 10710 Cobb Road, Delton, age 77, passed away December 18, 1997 at Pennock Hospital, Hastings. She was born May 14, 1920 in Augusta, MI, the daughter of Curney and Ora (TERPENNING) MORGAN. She was a waitress for several years. She loved tatting, crocheting and crafts. On August 15, 1936, she married Roy ELWELL, who preceded her in death on September 30, 1997. She was also preceded by a son, Jack ELWELL in 1938; and a son-in-law, Richard COCHRAN, and Blanche and Tom HOLTMAN, all of Delton; 1 son, James ELWELL of Delton; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Florence COUSINEAU of Kalamazoo, Margaret BROOKS of Cleveland, TN, Wanda TUTTLE of Sanford, ME, and Sandy CONANT of Battle Creek; 1 brother, Don MORGAN of Phoenix, AZ; several nieces and nephews. there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place at her request. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date at E. Hickory Corners Cem!
