I have found references to a cousin, Edgerton S. Johnston (b. 1894 in Bay City) who supposedly died from a fall from the steeple of the Visitation Church. No time frame is provided, but it must have been around 1910 - 1920.

If anyone has an insight to this event, please contact me. I am attempting to verify the accuracy of this story.
