Oct 16, 1906 - Oct 20, 1994 - Niles, Services for Orville Grant STEPHENSON, 88, of 2006 Ontario Road, who died at 6:355 p.m. Thursday in Pawating Hospital after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Wesley United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Halbritter Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Niles Babe Ruth Baseball. Mr. STEPHENSON retired from National Standard Co. He was born Oct. 16, 1906 in Burnips, Mich., and lived there most of his lifetime. On Oct. 15, 1927, in Niles, he married Thelma E. ASMUS. She survives, with a daughter, Mary E. MACE of Niles; a son, Nelson Carl "Bud" of Vacaville, Calif; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lucille BREDEWEG of Wayland, Md.; and two brothers, Alton of Dailey, Mich., and Edwin of Niles.
