Thank you for responding, I have been trying to get a responce for a
year. Correct me if I am wrong, but they start collecting the data for
directories the year before so they can send it to press and have it for
distribution in 1916. Baby Martha wasn't adopted until September of
1915. Isn't it possible that if Earnest or Corrine died in July to Sept,
the children could still have been put up for adoption and Earnest and
Corrine still show up in the 1916 Directory? Maybe it was Corrine that
died not Earnest.
