Directions to Augusta Cemetary from Battle Creek. Take Dickman Rd (M-96
or I-96) West until you enter Augusta, turn Right/North at the Shell
Station and go about 1/2 mile, slow down, on the right you will see a
large old beautiful house in the Italianate Style. Well turn
left(opposite of the house). Another half mile to the cemetary. Its on
West Jefferson.
Podunk Lake is just off M-43 allmost to Hastings.
Is there really a Podunk? It must be very small but alot of those towns
are very small.
To get to M-43, instead of turning on Jefferson to the cemetary,
continue going straight, past Kellogg Forest. You will come to a
left/right decision. If you go straight I think its a dirt road to a
horse stable. Well turn left, you are on M-89 and take it a few miles to
Richland. Stop at the light and make a right. You are on m-43. Take it
towards Hastings, about 30 minutes. You will see signs to it (Podunk
Lake) near Thornapple Valley Church.
