Researching my G Grandfather John Chauncy Seadorf. John & his wife Mary
Scott Seadorf moved to Tower,Mich. around 1900(Might have been just before
or after that date.Living with them at the time were Edwin;Herman & Raymond
Sharp;Rod or Royal T. Sharp;Ida & Ide Seadorf & possibly Joe Seadorf.Also a
daughter Anna Seadorf.Anna may have died prior to Seadorf's moving there
from Newaygo County,Mich.The oldest daughter Flora did not move. She married
my Grandfather
Charles Wyman Sharp & died in 1899 in Newaygo Cty.Ida & Anna also died in
1899 in Newaygo Cty. I do not know how long the family lived in Tower
area,only that eventually Edwin;Herman;Raymond Sharp & Royal Sharp returned
to Newaygo County,Mich.We find no further trace of John & Mary Seadorf in
Newaygo County.
Some old family records listing these children(Seadorf's) shows a half
brother named Giles Crampton.Nothing on Giles except his name.Do not know if
or how Crampton fits into the family.

Any help on tracing any of the Seadorf's and or Giles Crampton would be
appreciated.Perhaps early 1900's census list,etc.?
