Florence Meade, 80

LONG LAKE - Florence Meade, 80, on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006.

Florence (Pavwoski) Meade was a longtime resident of Long Lake, with literally hundreds of relatives and friends in the Cheboygan area. Florence grew up on a farm outside of Cheboygan with brothers George, Ray, Alan, Don, Dick, and her sister, Catherine, where they raised livestock and crops.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew; and grandson Shawn.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Detroit.

Arrangements by Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Farmington, Mich.
