Your mother belongs to the Tulgetska family in Moltke just outside of Rogers City. She was married to Lawrence Tulgetske of Rogers City, thus the confusion. There are no family ties between the two families that I have ever heard of, so I don't think you would be related to Jim and Hisako Tulgetske or anyone on that side. You are related to Otto and Erhart Tulgetska of Tulgetska Transportation in Moltke. I hope this helps you in your search and clears up a bit of the confusion.
