Just to clarify this. This girl was baptised at one day old. That would
have put her marriage - if the same - two & half weeks before her 12th
birthday.
One of the subscribers let me know that the marriage age in Scotland was
increased from 12 years only in 1928 ! So I'm starting to think this
actually happened.
The double baptisms were twins, although the first set were born on
different days. Laborious. Also the IGI is mistaken in the double names of
the last set of twins.
