You're in luck - the Scottish Record Society published the MIs for the
Older and Newer Portions of St Cuthbert's in 1915 and 1919 respectively.
For the Older Portion, the index lists 8 Paton entries for two different
gravestones, and 7 Trotter entries for 4 different stones. The Newer
Portion lits 7 Paton entries for 3 different stones, but no Trotter
entries.
I haven't checked the dates of these deaths, but the Newer Portion was
taken into use in the 1830s. Whilst you shouldn't get burials in the
Newer Portion before that date, there are still quite a lot of burials in
the Older Portion after that date.
