My father's personnel records from his employer indicate that he was a
student at North Kelvindale High School from Jan,1918 until the time his family
moved to the US in March, 1921. As he was born in August,1907 that would make
him 10 years old when he entered high school. Can someone tell me at what age a
person began secondary school in Scotland. I have records that show he
immigrated at the age of 13 and schooling records in the US after he arrived here.

Any help would be much appreciated.
