Hello Margaret

Thank you so much for the 1861 and 1871 Census of the two gentleman and
the family in the case of Thomas Kinnaird, I had Thomas in my tree as a son.
Now I will be able to add his family. Alexander is another matter, I know of
him and have been told of a Redpath connection to the Kinnaird family but
have yet to prove it. I am waiting for news of a court case of 17th July
1875 which names Thomas Kinnaird as "Executor dative qua next of kin of the
deceased Alexander Redpath" Then it states Thomas Kinnaird, Ironmonger of
144 Mathieson Street, Glasgow Apparent Heir of the deceased Alexander
Redpath.I have applied for a quote on the price of the court transcript as I
think it will give me the connection I seek. The case is Thomas Kinnaird
against my GGmother Mrs Jacobina Kinnaird spouse of Alexander Thomson
,Tailor of East Calder
