I am having the same problem as well as other members of other Rootsweb
sites...they say that the site is being upgraded or there is a virus but I
have had the same result for two days now. You can still access the Batch
Numbers through Family Search but it is long and tedious and I am used to
researching on the Hugh Wallis site which gives me a larger scope on my
research.
