HI Vicky...what a small world huh; both of our grandfathers being connected
to the police department. My Grandfather started with the department in
1900, was promoted from captain to chief in 1914, and retired in 1927. In
1938 he was recalled to the position of Chief until a new Chief could be
found. SMall world!
