Albert, Yes there was a Mennonite Church in Elkton. Minnonite Brethren Church, 1908. From the first 100 years book on Elkton.
It says it was built and services were held for many years. Later, the congregation merged with the Elkton United Missionary. The picture in the book is dated 1915. The building still stands on York Street. I don't know how to find out who the preachers were. The Klemmer name at this time is from Bad Axe. Hope this helps a little. Marty
