Her mother's name was Lillan Roach and she married a man by the name of Andrew Ferens in 1940. I have found no marriage certificate for Lillian or Andrew. All it says on Lillian's obit is that she is survived by a daughter Margaret Smith from Lansing, Michigan and her husband. I sent for Andrew's obit but it was just as short notice no info at all. Lillian was born in 1912 in Alma, Michigan and she died at the age of 44 in Saginaw. In 1936 Lillian is livin with her mother and by father in Alma, Michigan. I found them in a city directory. I don't know if Margaret was even Andrew's child. I know this is not much help, but it is all I have. I am going to send for Lillian's death certificate and see what happens.
