IRON RIVER – Clarence (Pop) Larson, 87, of Iron River died Monday at the home of his daughter in Prairie du Sac, Wis.
The Langenberg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Clarence Larson
IRON RIVER – Clarence H. (Pop) Larson, 87, of Iron River, died Monday at Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital in Prairie du Sac, Wis.
Mr. Larson was born Nov. 7, 1905 in Iron River, son of the late Hans and Emma (Saxon) Larson. He grew up in Iron River, where he attended the local schools.
Mr. Larson operated the Orange Kist Bottling Works in Iron River for 56 years, which was founded by his father in 1903. He retired in 1976.
He married the former Lillian Fredlund on Aug. 20, 1958 in Iron River. She preceded him in death in 1970.
Mr. Larson was a charter member of the Iron River Elks Lodge 1671, a member of the Iron River Fire Department for 46 years and a member of the First Lutheran Church of Iron River.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Vera Larson.
He leaves a daughter, Jean Larson of Prairie du Sac; a sister, Myrtle Erickson of Iron River, and a dear friend, Jim Duda of Iron River.
No visitation will be held.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church in Iron River. Rev. Thomas Wickstrom, pastor, will officiate.
Members of the Iron River Elks Lodge will conduct memorial services at the funeral.
Langenberg Funeral Home of Iron River is in charge of arrangements.
