I don't know if this is the correct family, but there's a Borowski family in the Stambaugh Cemetery listing. Bernice Marczeski Borowski born 1887 and died 16 Mar 1965.Husband Stanley Borowski born 1877. Borkowska is just the feminine form of Borkowski.Could Stanley, probably Stanislaw, be a brother to Otilia?
