JOHN W. MURRAY was born May 08, 1804 in Vermont, and died October 26, 1868 in Jackson, Michigan. He married MARGERY WRIGHT. She was born February 21, 1810 in Massachusetts, and died January 29, 1890 in Jackson, Michigan. Their children of JOHN MURRAY and MARGERY WRIGHT are: GEORGE MURRAY, b. Abt. 1838, d. February 29, 1864, Port Hudson, LA., JOSEPH MURRAY, b. Abt. 1840, HARRIETT MURRAY, b. May 09, 1840, Jackson, MI; d. July 22, 1928, Columbia Falls, MT., BETSEY MURRAY, b. Abt. 1843, ANDREW MURRAY, b. Abt. 1846, LUCY MURRAY, b. Abt. 1850, ANN MURRAY, b. Abt. 1853 and ADAM MURRAY, b. Abt. 1859. All Murray children born in MI.
