I found an obit for John Edward Barbeau in the Jackson Citizen Patriot. It was very brief without much information. The obit mentions that he had a son and a daughter both in Florida, but no names. He left his body to the University of Michigan Medical Center. There was no service or visitation. The funeral home was Horne Vinson Chapel at 2590 Spring Arbor Road Jackson, Michigan.
