I am looking for a birth record for a Helen E born in Jackson County, Michigan (slight chance it could have been Saginaw County) on 4 Mar 1899. I found a Hellen Prescott in the 1900 and 1910 censuses in Liberty - her birth month shows March (1900)

Does anyone know if where one could search MI birth records with just a first name and date of birth?

I would also like to check on her daughter - Genevieve Prescott born 16 May 1921 - maybe in Saginaw MI
