Mr. Clayton B."Red" Kendall Jr.- 919 Chicago Ave., passed away Friday (Nov. 14, 1975) evening at Bronson Hospital. Mr. Kendall was born February 24, 1913 in Kalamazoo, son of Clayton and Hazel (Putnam) Kendall Sr. He was employed as a tool and die maker with Kalamazoo Tank and Silo. He served in the Air Force in W.W. II and belong to the Dads of Foreign Service Post of Comstock. He was married to Luella Bowlby in Liberal, Kansas in 1943, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Michael R. and James B. of Kalamazoo; 4 daughters, Donna L. Kendall and Mrs. Paul (Joyce) Fisher, Kalamazoo, and Mrs. Maurice (Joan) Etter of San Antonia (sic) and Mrs. Jesse (Dorothy) Whitaker, El Paso; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Alonzo of Port Clinton, Ohio; 1 sister, Mrs. Mary Alice Shofner of Tucson, Arizona; several nieces and nephews. Friends are being received at the Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home whre services are being held Monday at 2 o'clock with Rev. A. G. Fulton!
