Passed away Saturday, September 3, 2005. He was born December 4, 1917 in Topinabee, MI the son of Harry and Margaret (Buff) Reynolds and had lived in the Lawrence area most of his life. Jon had been a farmer, teacher and had retired from Eaton Manufacturing after 26 years of service. During WW II, he served his country in the Army-Air Corps. He was a member of the Lawrence United Methodist Church, former member of the Farm Bureau, and a life member of the Lawrence American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Patrick Reynolds; 2 brothers; and a sister. Jon is survived by his wife, the former Gloria Nicholas; his sons, Wayne (Ruth) Reynolds of Lawrence, Allan (Susan) Reynolds of Decatur and Doug Reynolds of Sturgis; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a sister, Jenny Sandison of Bloomfield Hills. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 PM in the Lawrence United Methodist Church, !
