Hello all, I am hoping for some help in obtaining some information. I am researching my Great Grandfather who was a furniture manufacturer in Philadelphia. Looking on the web, I found a reference to an article at the GRPL about him.
On the page:

which is a reference to Furniture Manufactuer and Artisan, there is a reference to

This matches my Great Grandfather. Since this is noted in reference to furniture design and biographical informatiion, I am hoping that it might provide some information about his company C E Schwartz Manufacturing of 231 S America Street in Philadelphia.
Charles was not only a manufacturer but Sheriff of Montgomery County PA, a large land owner and a leading Republican in the area. It appears his company went under shortly after his death and his second eldest who ran the company, my grandfather, killed himself in 1924, just 2 years and a month after C E Schwartz died.
So what do I need......if someone could direct me as to how to obtain a copy of this information that would be very helpful. I have sent emails to the library but have not had a reply. If someone could obtain the infoarmation for me and send it to me, that would be great also. I would be happy to pay for any exepeses that were a result of this effort.
