Ancestry.com can not display the 1880 Mich. census page for Harriet Terrell.

Using another source, I found the following -

Smith, Harriet - 42, b. Oh., divorced.
Smith, Lily - 12, b. Mi., grand daughter

Harriet is living with her parents.

Harriet married Lewis Smith prior to 1865.
In the 1870 census she has a son George N. Smith age 10.
