Last Name: Smith
First Name: Paul
Year: 1923

you will find a listing for an Obituary. If you wanted to see what that says - if it's of any relevance, or is just a coincidence of last name and date you can order a copy of it from that page.

There is no listing in our database for a William Smith from 15 November 1923 to 30 November 1923 - in fact there are no W Smith in all of 1923 - the first one after your date given is 11 Jan 1924 for a Walter Smith, then Mrs William Smith 22 Feb 1924.

Note that this index is for the Grand Rapids Newspapers, not for Muskegon.
