Named Witnesses Described Unruly Behavior. Spencer Has Been In Business For
31 Years. He Does Not Allow In His Saloon: Loudness, Gambling, Women,
Swearing. He Claims He Did Not See Welcome Get The Revolver On July 4 & That
The Negro Had Been Killed 20 Feet From His Porch. Named Witnesses Testified
In Support Of Spencer. Attorney T. A. Poffenberger Represented Petitioner
Randolph Peacher. W. J. Witzenbacker & Ernest Hoffman Represented Spencer.
