Cyndi, I apologize for writing toyou since Care Morrow, the one who responded to your query, is the one I really needed to make contact with. Luckily, my e-mail got thru and she corresponded right away. Her ggrandmother was Belle Dugard, born in Water Valley, Miss. and I have very much info on her. I have been researching that Digard family for years. Thanks for answering, but regrettably, those are not my Dugards...at least right now they do not connect. TIf you ever run across the Robbins name intermarrying into your Dugards please let me know. Our ancestor was born a Robbins and changed his name to his mother's maiden name of Dugard once arriving in America in 1848. Mary Jane
