I did a search of the Macomb County Death Records System, and did not find Kathleen Peters. I also did a search of the Macomb County Obituary index, and did not find a listing for the newspapers published in Macomb County.

My best guess is that she died in Detroit. In 1959 the Arthur J Van Lerberghe Funeral Home, was on East Warren Avenue, in Detroit. I believe that they moved to the St. Clair Shores location in the 1970's.

To find the obit, I would recommend that you post a request on the Wayne county board, for someone to do a look-up in the Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press for that time frame. If no one replies I will do a look-up for you in the Detroit News, but it may be awhile, as it is not available at the primary library that I use. I do not have local access to the Detroit Free Press that far back, but they do have it in Detroit.
