STERK, MRS. HAZEL H.
Roosevelt Park

Mrs. Hazel H. Sterk, age 89, died Sunday afternoon at a local hospital. She was born Feb. 22, 1900 in Cheboygan, MI, and had lived in Muskegon most of her life. On August 4, 1916, she married Marcus Sterk in Detroit, MI and he preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 1976. She was employed by Brunswick Corp. for 10 years and retired in 1971. Mrs. Sterk is survived by 1 son, Joseph (& Edna) Sterk of Roosevelt Park; 1 daughter, Margaret Ricco of Walton Hills, OH; 3 grand, 10 great grand and 2 great great grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Wed. from the Walburn Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Home, with Rev. Mark E. Zimmerman officiating. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Suggested Memorial, St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund. –Sytsema, The Walburn Chapel
