Hi, I am new to the list!
I am looking for info on a Martha or Mattie or Maddie FOX. She was born
in Indiana in about 1869 to John Christian and Mary Jane (Wilson) FOX.
The family moved from Knox County, Indiana to Ottumwa, Iowa and then to
White Cloud,
Newaygo, Michigan. Martha was the oldest daughter of now 8 children and
the story goes that the family then moved to Robinson, Crawford County,
Illinois and Martha, tired of helping her Mom care for all these babies
elected to stay in Michigan. I dont know that they ever really heard
from her again........
Any one with info would be appreciated!
