I don't know of an 1875 census, unless it was at the county level.
The good news is your Savilla apparently remarried sometime prior to 1880.
On that census she and her three children Frank, Jay, and Minnie are living
in St. Charles as a family. Her husband is shown to be a William McBeth, age
35 and of Scotish decent. Mr. McBeth and son Frank are listed as
laborers,but no employer is mentioned.
