Hello Sandra,

I also found a 3 yr. old Franklin Waldrop in 1850, but am not as sure that
he
is the one you are looking for. He is in the household of William A.(age
43)
and Mary (age 33) Waldrop in Laurens Co. SC on page 213. There were a total
of 8 children in the household, but I did not write those down. That census
page was enumerated on August 8, 1850.
