A few years ago Mr. Waring was elected president of the village and made a very efficient officer. In his business career he was always found honest and upright and was respected by every citizen of Yale.
Mr. Waring leaves a wife and scores of friends to mourn the departure of a kind and devoted husband, a worthy friend and neighbor.
