I have ordered death certificates without having to prove a relationship or
give a reason. I have even ordered death certificates of non related
people.....and did so just a few weeks ago for my friend because she didnt
have the time or a credit card.
If you have lost money ordering through the state of Michigan, call them and
raise a big stink. If you can prove you paid then they have to find what you
are looking for or refund your money.
$13 is $13......I give them a hard time at Walmart if I am overcharged LOL
