Hi,
Regarding the Washtenaw County Circuit Court Naturalization Records. They are
all held by the State Archives and have been filmed by the LDS. Indexes have
been created by volunteers and are available at the state archives. I do not
know if they were completed before or after the filming. The State Archivist
will respond to inquiries.
