Subject: Frederick Koehler; old newspaper obits indexed?

Hello Washtenaw County listers!

I just got recent information stating that two of my great/grand uncles had
been in Washtenaw County as Evangelical traveling pastors.

George Koehler was from 1906-1908 in "Washtenaw".

Frederick Koehler was in Ypsilanti 1887-88 and eventually came back to the
county be buried at Manchester in early October 1922. He quite possibly was
married there.

I was wondering if there were any early newspapers serving the Manchester
area that had been indexed for obits. Also, if I can wish for more, is there SKS
in the genealogy society who will make a copy of an obit on microfilm for a
donation & SASE?

I don't ask much, do I? ;-)

Thank you,
