I’ve “rescued” an old photograph of Willard Benjamin BONTWELL which was
taken at the Randall Studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The photograph was
taken 1 Feb 1896 with Willard listed as 3 ½ years old at the time. Based on
limited research I believe that Willard B. BONTWELL was born 1 Aug 1892 in
Ann Arbor to parents B. J. & E. L. BONTWELL. I was able to locate the
following in the 1900 census of Ann Arbor City with records indicating the
following:



Emily BONTWELL, age 35, born Jan 1865, divorced, 1 child/1 living, born MI,
parents born NY,

Willard BONTWELL, son, age 7, born Aug 1892, born MI, parents born IL/MI, at
School



I’m hoping to locate someone from this BONTWELL Family so that this
wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of his family. If you
are a member of this family, or know someone who might be, please contact
