Hi! I've temporarily subscribed to the list to let you know that I have
the SS-5 Social Security Application form for:

Elizabeth Hampton Christopher b. 11 Sept 1908 in Henry Co., TN to
Joe Hampton and Tannie Brewer

When she applied for her SS card on 19 April 1943 she was living in
Detroit, Wayne County, MI at 1021 McKinstry.

I got this when I was trying to get one for my Elizabeth Christopher, but
sadly, they are not the same. I'd be happy to send it to a family member
or researcher, just send me your snail mail address.
