Arthur L Parmeter is not listed in the City of Detroit death index 1920-29.
This means he died in a town or township outside the city or possibly in
another county or state.

I would suggest that you write to the Wayne County clerk and request a
search for his death record.

You need to send a $17 money order with the request. They will send the
money order back if they don't find the certificate so make sure you can get
a refund on the money order.
