Ann,

I am so sorry about your father. That is absolutely horrible!! I read all
the documentation you have and I also believe that technology is so much
better than it was 17 years ago. It would be great for them to open the
investigation again.

Have you ever thought of submitting this story to "Unsolved Mysteries"?
They are showing brand new cases that have been unsolved and that may be a
great help - who knows, someone seeing it on T.V. may jog their memory.

Good luck to you!! I pray this evil person is brought to justice soon.
