Hello, Debbie,

I saw your request about James Pittman Miller and then picked up a book
sitting next to me about Redford Township. I found a brief mention in the
section about schools of the area. The info says that in 1892 J. P. Miller
was the director of school number 2 (also called Greenfield School), the most
easterly on Grand River, just east of Southfield.

DesAuteles. Pg. 21.
