The information I received when I phoned was that you must visit there in person and request the file and then wait 3 weeks while they pull it from their offsite location (the Vigliotti Building).

I ordered a file on 5/23. I am still waiting.

I hope that all of Wayne County is not this way but the clerks there were rude and tried to shuffle me from window to window bickering amongst themselves behind the glass because they did not want the other personnel to send you to their window.

I do have a couple of supervisors names if you want to contact me. If you ask nicely maybe they could pull it up on their computer for you while you are on the phone to save you some time. To see if there is a file at all.
