Suggest you try the www.familysearch.org which is the Mormon Family search website. Wayne County has a marriage index for the years you are looking for on microfilm. The microfilm can be order for $3.25 per roll and you can view it for 45 days. This site will give you the nearest family library center to you and you order the film through them. This index will give you the book and page number of the marriage license. You will than have to order it or go directly to City County Building in Detroit. They will only accept cash or a money order for $11.50 for a uncertificated document.
