I've been unable to find a birth INDEX for Wayne County covering the years 1894-1897, and was hoping someone had access to such a resource. I'm currently manually searching the birth records for those years, and it's quite a task! So, if anyone can help me or point me toward an index of some sort, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Person: Gerald TIMMONS (possibly PLACE or EGGLESTON)
Parents: Charles TIMMONS and Eva L. PLACE (formerly EGGLESTON)
Possible birth dates: July 4, 1894-1897.
