Dear Members:

My apologies to those that may be offended by the 3/6/01 e-mail of Richard A.
Frazier, a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stout asking your
participation in a genealogical research survey. This survey was mailed out
without my permission. I do not support requests that may be used for
commercial gain and I am sure that you appreciate not being SPAMMED by mass
mailings.

Your participation in the survey is by your choice, however, I am disturbed
by intrusive questions as those that ask about your personal income. I have
removed and banned this student from further participation in the list. It
appears that he SPAMMED the entire state of Minnesota.
