Many thanks for your replies. Earl has been a GREAT help on our family
history. I didn't realize he was already published. I will have to see if
my library can do an inter-library loan (I live in BC, Canada).

I'll send you another message with the information I have on Carl Johnson.

They are in some libraries. He does not sell them that I know. AT least
not the Swedish pioneers one, check with the Chisago lake historical
society or the lindstrom historical society, got the cemetery book from one
of them.
