Where are the naturalization papers, intents and petitions, for Dakota County, MN archived??? does anyone have access to the index, i would like to locate the "papers" for a MICHAEL HAGGERTY, born abt 1841-45 in Ireland, settled in MN, Dakota Co., most probably is buried at Mendota Heights, or Mendota township, his wife name was Alice, born MN of Irish parents.
